This musical fairy tale about an ordinary eight-year-old girl was selected for the Belgian Theaterfestival.
From jury’s report: “Funny, critical, and challenging. The animal, the animal and the creature is a hit on all counts. In weaving the tale of Sterre, an eight-year-old girl struggling through school, Director Jetse Batelaan profoundly reconciles comedy and tragedy.”

Happyclappy is a traveling school run by clowns. They give lessons in the hardest subject of all: life itself! The clowns look after their pupils well, giving them a warm welcome. During the class, they take their pupils to the murky insides of their souls.
